Sample Project Budgets

As a person, and a business owner, I have deep roots in the Quaker tradition and I believe in fair, fixed, and transparent pricing. My goal is to set up a price structure that enables me to earn a living wage, pay off my equipment, and produce as much high quality lumber for you as possible. Using the formula that I’ve outlined on my Pricing and Process page, here are some sample project costs based on time, site, and equipment. I calculate my hours in quarter-increments, so these numbers show some ballpark project costs.
